Southersea is an independent maritime project management company with over 25 years experience, providing project management and consultancy services for yacht builders, yacht owners and management companies for both new-build and refit projects.
Southersea is able to support in any phase of the project, from specification writing and review through to construction supervision, project management and supply chain management. With offices in the Netherlands and Italy, Southersea is ideally located to oversee any projects in northern Europe and around the Mediterranean.
