Service
Project Management
Southersea offers bespoke project management services tailored to your specific needs, supporting you from the early stages of the project through to delivery, warranty and refit. Our experienced project management has been involved in some of the most recognised projects, working closely with leading designers, builders and suppliers.
Together with you we will determine the design brief and select the right team for the project. Southersea will co-ordinate the writing of the specification, the development of the general arrangement and negotiate with potential builders and suppliers.
With the contract in place, Southersea will manage the build
Co-ordinating between client, designers and builder
Perform the technical management of the project, reviewing the engineering, supervise the construction and attend tests and trials
Identify opportunities within the supply chain
Represent the owner on site and manage change orders
Co-ordinate owners deliveries
Refit
In case of a refit, Southersea can assist in developing the refit tender package, perform shipyard selection and contract negotiations as well as the refit project management on-site.

A survey can be carried out at any phase of a project and results in a clear, factual account of the vessel’s condition.
